Q: “What Shipping Methods Are Available?”

Inside Dhaka city, we offer home delivery with installation by our team. For Outside Dhaka city, we offer door-to-door shipping via partner courier service company with self-installation.


Q: “Do You Ship Internationally?”

Sorry, right now we don’t offer international shipping. However, we’re always looking for ways to expand our reach, so we’ll keep your request in mind for the future.

Q: “How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?”

Standard delivery time is between 7 to 17 working days for regular orders. For corporate and special cases, delivery may take longer depending on factory workload. Customers will be informed of the delivery timeline on order confirmation.

Delivery date may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payment by cash, bank transfer or any form of mobile banking. Cheque payments are not accepted.
